Priced on the territory you work, not the queries you run
You pay for the size of the account universe you can see and export, updated daily from news and industry channels. Every tier receives the same scores over its own scope — model quality is never what separates one plan from another. Every tier and what it covers is set out below; the rate is quoted per organization, so tell us the territory you need at admin@infinidatum.net and we will send the rate for it. Ask for a three-day trial in the same message and we will set one up — no card, nothing charged, one per organization.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the rate quoted to you for the interval you choose — monthly or annual, with two months free on annual — until you cancel, and we tell you before a renewal is charged at a new rate. You can cancel at any time by email: it takes effect at the end of the interval you have already paid for, access continues until then, and fees already paid are not refunded. Free trials are the exception and never renew — no card is collected and no charge is ever made. Full terms are in the Terms of Use.

Common questions
- What does it cost?
- The rate depends on the territory: how much of the account universe you can see and export, and which of the three products it covers. Tell us what you need at admin@infinidatum.net and we will send the rate for it, usually the same day. Every tier and what it covers is set out above, so the conversation starts from a shortlist rather than from scratch.
- How does the free trial work?
- Ask for one at admin@infinidatum.net and we will set it up on the tier you want. No card is asked for and nothing is ever charged: at the end of the third day access simply returns to the free preview, and you subscribe when and if you decide to. There is nothing to cancel and no way to be billed by surprise. Nothing is held back during the trial — the same scores over the same territory the paid plan covers.
- Why only three days?
- Because three days is enough to see the thing that renews. The news layer moves daily, so a long weekend shows real movement across your territory, and running institutions you already know through the scores tells you whether the output is worth having. Longer trials mostly postpone the decision past the question that prompted it.
- What am I actually paying for?
- The transformation, not the raw numbers. The account-code dictionary, the derived ratios, the peer-group ranking, the calibrated merger model, the daily news and event layer, and having all of it ready within days of each new filing cycle rather than a month after it.
- Does my subscription renew automatically?
- Yes. A paid plan renews at the rate quoted to you for the interval you chose — monthly or annual — until you cancel, and we tell you before a renewal is charged at a new rate. Cancel by emailing us; it takes effect at the end of the interval already paid for, and fees already paid are not refunded. A free trial is the opposite and never renews: no card is collected, so there is nothing that could charge.
- Why does a subscription renew?
- Because the product is not a list. A static list is worked out quickly; what renews is the movement. News and events land daily, and each score re-base surfaces newly hot accounts, merger band transitions, funding positions that newly turned stressed, and participation roles that flipped between buyer and seller.
- Are these scores advice?
- No. They are model estimates over institution-level financial data, built to prioritize a call list. They are not investment, credit or merger advice, and CUSignals does not employ licensed advisors.
- What happens after I start?
- Sign in with the email you gave us and the dashboard opens on your territory — that grant is automatic and immediate, on a trial as much as on a paid plan. An API key, where your plan includes one, is issued by a person and normally reaches you within one business day, which is a deliberate control on scope.
- Can I take a second trial?
- It runs once per organization. Because a sales desk usually shares one office address, a second request is far more often a colleague than anything else — so ask rather than assume: we would rather extend a trial than lose an evaluation to a rule.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Subscriptions are managed in Stripe; email admin@infinidatum.net and we will move you up or down, prorated. Annual plans are billed once at ten months' worth of the monthly rate, so two months are free.
- Can we get it in our own warehouse?
- Yes. The Institutional tier covers it: the raw API, bulk export and warehouse-direct delivery, with officer contacts for routing. API keys are scoped to your licensed territory and can be rotated on request.
